Municipal Notice of Intent
The Heritage Resources Act (Section 26)


TAKE NOTICE that on October 20, 2022, the council of the Municipality of Boisevain-Morton gave first reading to Bylaw 2022-08 to designate as a
Municipal Heritage Site
under The Heritage Resources Act, the lands and premises commonly known as
401 Mill Road
in the Municipality of Boissevain-Morton.

The land is described in Certificate of Title No. 1483634 as:
Roll 275000 000
In the Municipality of Boissevain-Morton, in the Province of Manitoba, being Lot Nineteen (19), in block One (1), which lot is shown on a Plan of Survey Seven Hundred and Seventy Four (774) of the Municipality of Boissevain-Morton, registered in the Brandon Land Titles Office as Plan No. 1483634.

A copy of the proposed bylaw can be inspected at the Boissevain-Morton Municipal Office, in Boissevain, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

PUBLIC HEARING
December 15th, 2022 at 9:00 am

at the Municipal Office: 420 South Railway Street, Boissevain

At that time, any person may submit an objection or other representation on the proposal. If there is no objection, council may resolve to adopt the proposed bylaw, or not to proceed with it.
